You can chose oil painting or acrylic painting which will determine final price of ordered painting

What is your budget?

Determine how much you can set aside for commissioned painting. For all commissions, my pricing is a minimum rate 200 EUR for landscapes and 300 EUR for portraits.

When do you need it finished?

For oil paintings generally it takes 1-2 months to complete. Acrylics paintings will be finished in about two weeks.

  • Commission a portrait as a gift?
    It is recommended to discussing the painting with the person you plan on giving it and include that person into painting process.
  • Photo recommendations
    – The subject should be photographed with a high quality camera and lens, preferably in soft natural lighting such as a north light window or overcast outdoors.
    – Avoid flash or high contrast sunlight/dark shadows.
    – There should be minimal or no distortion (examples of distortion would be things like the head looking very large compared to the arms and body, etc.).
    – Multiple photo references are always encouraged so that I can get a general idea of the subject’s mannerisms, expressions, posture, and likeness in various lighting situations.
  • Pricing
    Prices are minimum 200 EUR for landscapes/seascapes and 300 EUR for portraits.

    Final price depends on the size of the canvas and is determined by number of subjects and complexity of background. Fees are for the artwork only and do not include travel expenses, framing, sales tax or shipping.
